Being organic when it comes to food is beneficial. It is more advantageous than regular intakes of vitamins. The nutrients you get from it are not artificial; they came from fresh crops that are naturally maintained. The taste will not be that good but at least you most of its contents are nourishing; enough for your body to be boosted up. Why drink cocktails and powder juices anyway? They are full of additives, agents and refined sugar. They contain little to no nutritional value and can even trigger diseases. They will even lower your immune system since a large number of different chemicals are present. They are strong and will probably eliminate any good nutrients in your body.

Many of us will probably like those factory-mixed juices. They are tasteful and can get cold fast. They maintain the coldness for a long time since they are equipped with preservatives. Compared to organic juices, everyone would rather drink these poisons than the potions. But, I have always believed that these contaminated individuals, probably including myself, become weak quickly than those organic lovers. Their body is full of chemicals; you can expect a clash of these strong micro-organisms and the antibodies with the micro-organisms winning. You do not know what it can do to your system once all of your “body guards” have been obliterated.

Organic juices are far superior to these venoms. Albeit a mediocre to horrid taste, they are probably going to detoxify you quickly. The bitter the juice is, the better the nutrients it gives. The nutrients are better when freshly extracted with a juice squeezer. The taste will be more unpleasant though, you have to man up and either quickly drink it or gulp it slowly.

Also choose those organic foods which did not undergo through series of pesticide and chemical enhancer sprays. If you ever drink one which has been proven to be contaminated, it is not organic anymore. Pesticides and other chemical enhances are probably the worst pollutants organic foods can obtain. They are totally toxic; one dose of a juice whose content is mostly chemical will probably put you to rest. So before you go organic with your foods, be sure that they are not infected with chemicals. You are better off safe than dead.

If you are probably a vegan, it would be extra nice to include organic juices on your diet. You can get extra nutrients and the absence of meat will be forgotten. You can have more nutrients than ever.
